In-House Program
A few reminders:

Please DO NOT attempt to access facilities until your scheduled time. We have received several complaints from the park district and schools regarding participants arriving and distrupting activities that are scheduled prior to BCB activities. As a rule of thumb, we are allowed access to the facilites at the scheduled time for practices and 10 minutes prior to a scheduled game.

Players must wear league issued uniforms or they will be limited to 1 quarter of play in the first half, unless otherwise approved by board.

Players are allowed to dunk in GAMES ONLY (not in practice). Hanging on the rim will be a technical foul. The second offense will result in another technical foul, ejection from the game, and a 1 game suspension. The referee may eject the player on a 1st offense if he feels the action was done purposely.

As discussed in the parents meeting, BCB reserves the right to ask any participant and/or fan that is not dressed appropriately to leave the BCB site of competition or comply with BCB dress regulations”.

All rules will be inforced and those not abiding by the rules face suspension/expulsion from the program.
